Citea Nice Acropolis

-room in good condition with a nice view to Acropolis -positioning is ok (in front is a bus station and not very far is the tram(Garibaldi), very close to Place Garibaldi (2-3 minutes) and 2 tram stations until Massena (Nice city center area) or 10 minutes walking - room pricing was ok considering that it was reserved in the night before checking-in, but otherwise maybe a bit pricey (~90euro)

Nice apartment, good location, walking distant basicly anywhere in Nice. Pool at the roof was so nice! We did not have balcony, but hope next time then. //

great location. close to the bus station, grocery shops and restraunts. the laundry facilities and the kitchenette in the apartment were a little run down but in working condition. great staff.

Very basic room and facilities..tired and worn out. No hairdryer,no iron,no water kettle, no bedside lights etc .....in need of refurbishment .

There was aircon in the room, but the fact that there was no extractor fan in the bathroom nor in the kitchenette area, meant that the room was permanently damp. This is a serious problem which needs addressing immediately.

We were pleasantly suprised at the location which is 10 minutes from the Promenade de Anglais. Cafe Turin is on the way too... Bed and towel change everyday, even though we had a studio.

Great location, friendly service and very good value for money overall. It's a great choice if you are planning to spend most of your day exlporing the city and the riviera.

lovely studio room, hotel has swimming pool, 10mins to seaside, central town and supermarket. I'd love to live there again in next visit.

I've stayed in this hotel 4 years ago, and didn't hesitate to choose there for the second time. A clean hotel with a very kind, helpful staff. And still good price...

The hotel could not be faulted for the price and the location. Very clean but simple rooms with air conditioning and excellent value for money. My only quip would be that the internal communal area doors need some maintenance as the closing springs are over tightened which led to a lot of banging as people passed through the corridors on the various floors. I would still however recommend this hotel.

Excellent location close to the old town, although a bit noisy if the window is open The room (actually, studio) was rather clean, but the bathroom state was far from ideal -- broken towel rack, etc. Free high-speed wi-fi connection from swisscom is a plus.

Basic facilities (it's an 'aparthotel') and indifferent staff but great location - particularly for Acropolis conference facilities. Beware the policy of room cleaning / towel changing only once a week for stays of 7 days+ (despite [website] price being the same, regardless of duration). There are a variety of room sizes - so may be worth asking to see some others...

Room was small and fairly basic but suited our needs perfectly. Was situated really close to all the tourist spots and we would certainly consider staying there again when we return to Nice.

Would stay at any citea residences again. recommend to anyone

The service in reception was kind and helpfull. The stuff had enough patience to speak french with me but also english was spoken well. The room was really big (studio superior for two), and there was a balcony facing inner court. The room was silent and traffic didn´t trouble at all and there was enough warm water all the time. Only the kitchenette was lacking some cleaning stuff, like a wipe and soap. The hotel is also situated close to the chateau and the old port, and very close to the old town. There is a salon de thé and a couple of shops just around the corner to pop out and get something to eat, if one isn´t in the mood for restaurants. The bus station is just a few minutes away and the buses are very handy and easy to use.

Citea Residence Nice Acropolis is an economy hotel. The popular Place of Massena or city beaches are 10 mn walk away. Their room, especially the bathroom was very small. The drainage system in the bathroom was also poor. The kitchen part is fully equipped including microwave owen, coffee machine, dishes etc. The staff was lovely. If you will not really stay long time in the room, I can recommend this hotel.

For all tourists that are planing to have a vacation in Nice, I strongly sugest to visit Citea Residence Nice Acropolis!

Great Hotel with very helpfull staff and wonderfull facilities. I cannot fault this hotel except to say that the breakfast could be better however this would be a breat misunderstanding if taken out of context. Basically I was suitably impressed with everything even down to the parking. definately not the last time to stay there.
