"not right on the waterfront but pretty close! directions to find the hotel from driving was a bit tricky, so maybe some more precise directions (i.e. which landmarks it is near). otherwise really nice hotel for the price, helpfull and friendly staff." - alana donaldson
"The rooms themselves are very nice. Very large and light with perfect balcony. Staff is polite and pleasant. Very nice location: not so many people on the beach as in the central part of Nice, nearby sea (5 min by feet), nearby supermarket (2 min by feet). Our studio had a nice kitchen, that had microwave and electric oven, and fridge but lacked kettle, sponge and dishwashing detergent (maids won't wash dishes for you unless you order that). And there are ants in the room. Thought not very much. :-)
Resume: I would give this hotel 4+ of 5 possible. Nice hotel, I do not regret my choice. And I'd love to stay here again.

100 meters from the seaside in a commercial area with supermarket, bakery, tobacco shop, hairdresser, internet shop, etc. Restaurant Libanese and french brassery in front of the hotel.
Old town and main center of Nice at 30 minutes walk from the hotel, but at the door of the residence people will find all the main bus lines which cross Nice.
Pet forbidden.
Swimming pool opens from June to October. |

This car park is just under the residence. // From railway station bus 12 & 23 stop Magnan in front the residence // From Airport bus Airport 98 99 & 23 stop at Magnan (ask the driver) - taxi 20 - 25 €. |
