Citea Nice Magnan

Only ten minutes from Nice Gare station and cost only 1 Euro on bus no 12 or 23 which stops right in front of hotel. Good location to get to the station for the Monaco Grand Prix or to Cannes for the film festival. One large supermarche literally around the corner with a few restaurants for cheap quick meals. Lift is very slow and needs updating but rooms and views are good. Like the balcony for breakfast and little kitchenette which allowed us to make our own picnic for the race. Hotel not recommended for children really.

Very good location. There is a supermarket at the corner of the hotel. We made our breakfast in the room. We really liked this hotel and we'll come back pretty soon.

not right on the waterfront but pretty close! directions to find the hotel from driving was a bit tricky, so maybe some more precise directions (i.e. which landmarks it is near). otherwise really nice hotel for the price, helpfull and friendly staff.

The rooms themselves are very nice. Very large and light with perfect balcony. Staff is polite and pleasant. Very nice location: not so many people on the beach as in the central part of Nice, nearby sea (5 min by feet), nearby supermarket (2 min by feet). Our studio had a nice kitchen, that had microwave and electric oven, and fridge but lacked kettle, sponge and dishwashing detergent (maids won't wash dishes for you unless you order that). And there are ants in the room. Thought not very much. :-) Resume: I would give this hotel 4+ of 5 possible. Nice hotel, I do not regret my choice. And I'd love to stay here again. i wanted use swimming pool and garden for my kids even only garden..but it was out of season..my kids was dissapointed not allowed to go to the garden.

I found my stay at the hotel very comfortable. It is just two minutes walk from the beach and is well connected by the bus routes to the city center, railway station and the airport. Very adequately priced.

Very pleasant good-sized room with kitchenette and balcony. However, the road it's on is extremely noisy - ask for a room at the back if traffic noise gets to you. Also would have scored service higher but both lifts were out of use during our stay - this meant some people would have to take luggage up 9 flights of stairs. TIP- the no. 23 bus to the airport (cost 1.3 euros) leaves from outside the hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Citea. My room was equiped with a fridge and cooking facilities, which was perfect for me as I was travelling solo and preferred not to eat out. The hotel was very clean and reasonably priced. I could not fault the service, the staff were fantastic- friendly and very helpful. The beach is literally a 2 minute walk from the hotel, so location is great. I would definately stay here again.

Swimming Pool, Unlimited hi-speed internet access (wireless); Self-catering; 10mins from Airport & 5mins from beach; I've yet to come across a 2Starred hotel to match it. Would highly recommend it! In fact that's the only place i'll be staying in the future (as long as their prices remain as competitive!)

Our stay in Nice Citea Residence was very good. The hotel is within walking distance to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
