Getting there:Located in the heart of Brisbane city at King George Square on the corner of Ann and Roma streets, one block from either Central or Roma street train stations. For the best entry to the hotel by car drive down Ann Street, which is one way, turn right into Roma Street and we are the first building with the driveway on the left-hand side. A short walk to either Central or Roma Street train stations to catch a train to Milton Station, Suncorp Stadium and the domestic and international airports.
Check-in Procedure:Check in from 2pm.A credit card imprint is needed on arrival for incidental charges.If you do not have a credit card a $150 refundable cash deposit is needed.If you are settling your account by credit card a 1.5% surchage of the total bill applies.
Car parking:Valet car parking is available from $25 per night with mulitple entries and exits available. Arrive at the front enterance of the hotel for staff to receive your vehicle. ,
Child Policy:Rates are per room for two people, with a maximum of three people per room. Third guest is at a charge of $45 per night, payable direct to the hotel. Children under 12 can be accommodated in existing bedding free. Cots are available on request and are free of charge.
A busy night so unfair to judge however , when booking a double room that morning it was advised that 2 doubles or a queen would be available but u could not request which .On calling the hotel I requested a queen and was advised that it was allocated.On arrival I was advised no queen was available but i could have 2 doubles or move to a smoking floor. No record of the phone call requesting a queen - yet i spoke with the same girl on the front desk who checked me in. Otherwise a well run and managed hotel .
Would rate hotel as a 3 1/2 star residence. Great location but average rooms, parking terrible, waited in queue on street for 15 minutes for valet parketing, then charged $25 dollars.

Our business floor rooms are located on the 15th with views of either Brisbane CB or thee hotel's central courtyard. GREAT VALUE with lots of extras - internet, plunger coffee, welcome water & fruit. GTD NON SMOKING. These rooms have one queen bed.
All the staff were helpful and friendly and the room service food the best i have had in a long time.Would definitely stay there again.
Very conveniently located in the heart of Brisbane CBD, near transport and Queen St mall, also short stroll to South Bank precints. Rooms are pretty small, whilst the reception area has undergone renovation, Citygate section of the hotel hasnt. Breakfast was pretty standard - unless it's included in the accomodation price, I wouldnt pay $25 for it. Big turn down was the state of the Bathroom - black mouldy grouts in the shower and GREY towels - they look like they've been used for decades !!!
You have to pay for parking on top of your room rate which seems a bit extreme when paying these kind of rates to stay in the hotel.

Were valued as guests. Room was very small for 3 persons but OK for just one night stay. Excellent location, we will stay with you again!

Excellent room, with a comfortable bed, probably the best I have slept in. Good amenities, good room service with friendly staff who can't do enough for you. Nice restaurant with good food which was, however, a little pricey. Their location is in CBD with good access by car and close to rail and buses. Car access to the main arterial roads is simple and direct.
The conierge were less than helpful on several occasions and the room service took 1 1/2hrs to arrive. Overall, the service experience was not positive but the location and asthetics of the hotel are good.
Good hotel in excellent city location. Close to major downtown shopping area, restaurants and public transport.
The Hotel is currently undergoing renovations and the bar is closed.
We were very impressed with the friendliness of the staff we met - from the reception desk to the cleaner - all were very friendly and helpful.
