"Hotel Lobby very nice,room very small.The airconditioning did not work until the morning. There were not enough towels for the number of people booked, were delivered when requested. The plumbing in the bathroom was terrible the water did not get away it came back up the waste hole in the floor and with 4 people showering created quite a flood. The restaurant seated us promptly and catered well for the Children, However waited for over an hour for starters and even longer for mains. The restaurant wasnt crowded so I am not sure what the issue was. For the price - very disappointed. We stay in Brisbane quite frequently and wont be going back again." - Anonymous


"Very conveniently located in the heart of Brisbane CBD, near transport and Queen St mall, also short stroll to South Bank precints. Rooms are pretty small, whilst the reception area has undergone renovation, Citygate section of the hotel hasnt. Breakfast was pretty standard - unless it's included in the accomodation price, I wouldnt pay $25 for it. Big turn down was the state of the Bathroom - black mouldy grouts in the shower and GREY towels - they look like they've been used for decades !!!" - Anonymous

Getting there: Located in the heart of Brisbane city at King George Square on the corner of Ann and Roma streets, one block from either Central or Roma street train stations.
For the best entry to the hotel by car drive down Ann Street, which is one way, turn right into Roma Street and we are the first building with the driveway on the left-hand side.

A short walk to either Central or Roma Street train stations to catch a train to Milton Station, Suncorp Stadium and the domestic and international airports.
Check-in Procedure: Check in from 2pm.A credit card imprint is needed on arrival for incidental charges.If you do not have a credit card a $150 refundable cash deposit is needed.If you are settling your account by credit card a 1.5% surchage of the total bill applies.
Car parking: Valet car parking is available from $25 per night with mulitple entries and exits available. Arrive at the front enterance of the hotel for staff to receive your vehicle.

Child Policy: Rates are per room for two people, with a maximum of three people per room. Third guest is at a charge of $45 per night, payable direct to the hotel. Children under 12 can be accommodated in existing bedding free. Cots are available on request and are free of charge.
