Citigate Perth

We had a meal in the resturant in the hotel, great food, great wine and the staff were excellent. I would recommend it to anyone. The hotel itself is very good. The only problem we had was getting to the hotel due to the excessive and poorly signed road works in Perth

We really enjoyed our stay at Citigate. The staff were friendly and their service was excellent. We thought the location was excellent, very close to shopping in the CBD and Harbour Town, lots of cafes, bars and restaurants to choose from and close to all public transport. Great value for money. The only drawback is that there is no views from your room but the good far outways the bad. I would highly recommend the Citigate Perth.

I would recommend and stay thier again

Clean, quiet and an ideal location for a visit to Perth. Doesn't look much from the outside but the interior and rooms are stylish and comfortable. Within walking distance of all the amenities and hot spots in Perth. The roof top pool, gym and sun terrace were an great escape from the heat.

We found Citigate Perth to be a good hotel for price. It was close to all sightseeing, within walking distance to the city and the food was excellent. Breakfast was good and rooms were clean, though I think the girl cleaning our room could have been more astute. She left some things undone. Walls are quite thin, though we didn't have any problem with our room. Room 210 is a great room with a separate lounge area to the bedroom. It is also on the quiet side of the hotel. Window looks out into a courtyard. Staff were excellent in attending to our needs.

Convenient location, excellent breakfast. Sound insulation not brilliant. Reception were pretty clueless on arrival - keen to tell me about the bar opening times the next day- which were after when I was supposed to have checked out- and insisting that check ot time was 11 am despite me having booked a package with a late checkout of 1pm.

Convenience location and near to Northbridge (Chinatown). Staff polite and helpful.

Close to train station and city centre. Lack of parking is a problem.

Overall room quality good... minuses for overall housekeeping; lack of bathroom sink plug; no milk in fridge; price of internet connections ($12.95/hour or $24.95/24hrs). pluses for location; size of room; front desk & concierge

The Citigate exceeded my expectations and i will definitely stay there again in the future

Suited our 1 night visit, Valet parking a problem! No Valet parking available at time of arrival! Fully booked! However Secure Parking available at nearby Wilson Carpark! Approx 5 min walk.

Nice modern and clean hotel. Roof top pool is a bit of fun. If you dont mind staying just outside of the cbd then the location is fine (its closer to northbridge). Only downside is the construction work going on at moment all around the building. Would easily stay there again.

Personally I think the price is too high for this average hotel, especially if you have to add on the valet parking, always a nice surprise on top of hotel rate!

Staff were friendly and helpful it's a shame they don't have a later bookout time available other than $20.00 per hour! Great place otherwise.

The staff at the hotel were excellent. The rooms were very large, clean and the facilities excellent. only a five minute walk to the city mall, very good rates and the Bar prices were good as well. Will stay there again.

Car parking expensive

Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Would be nice if the hotel provided disposable slippers.

The room and service were very good, however the room was not cleaned one day.

Only criticism was doors need oiling! Apart from that everything was lovely, clean, modern and friendly staff. Excellent location, walking distance to Northbridge and City centre. Bugbear about parking across the road - cost $25 for 24 hours.
