Walk straight approximately 50 meters and turn right into the road where a signage of the Citin Pratunam is located

Excellent hotel excellent location excellent service
conveniently located in a crowded shopping area with lots of narrow streets and hardly any safe walking paths. Just got to careful when sharing the road with cars & tuk tuks. Looks like an unsafe but generally very crowded and safe. Very easily accessible to the MRT to and from airport. Bellhops are very courteous, helpful and warm. Helped us with our luggage to MRT station. Happy to offer a tip for good service.
The Citin is a clean and nice Hotel. On first arrival it is situated in a maze but once you get out and walk it is well situated to visit all the shopping centres including MBK and Pantip and the pratunam clothing markets. Close to Bayoke tower it is easy to return to on foot. Our Hotelclub voucher said breakftast was included, but this was not honoured at the hotel. Internet free which is good. Price was great for us during low season. About 380 baht by meter taxi from airport, including tolls. Breakfast was just OK but lunch and dinner menu excellent. Overall a good stay... oh the bed was VERY hard...
The Bellboys are very alert, we were only near the main entrance and they already came out to help us with our luggage and check-in. We reached the hotel at 8+am in the morning, and they surprised us by letting us check in. The room is very clean and new. They placed the aroma diffuser along the corridor which make the place smell so good. I did not try any food in the hotel because the location of the hotel is so good that just 10 steps out of the hotel, we can find food stalls selling food from early till late. No worries about being hungry! Everything is so good including the shopping around the area! I'll definitely recommend anyone to book this hotel!!!!
Top notch services and hospitality
Nice hotel and good modern room. Location not the best I stayed in Bangkok. Only had vegeterian food in restaurant.
