Cititel Mid Valley Hotel Kuala Lumpur

Good location, clean room. Be warned, internet is not free!

The room is a bit small but comfortable. East to get transport but heavy tracffic jam. Always car park full for hotel guests during 4 pm to 7 pm when I tried to park the car to get a quick shower for appointments. Overall, the hotel is value for money, staff is friendly and helpful, food is good and convenience for shopping as Midvalley Shopping Centre is just less than 5 minutes walk.

The hotel is situated in the shopping mall. The room was clean and basic facilities provided. However, the room was a bit small. Overall, I am satisfied with this stay and it is value for money. Would recommand this hotel if you are on a tight budget.

For short duration stays the hotel is ok. Rooms are very small with virtually no room for bags. However apart from that they are clean and functional with a reasonable work desk. Biggest draw back is reception which tends to get very busy and service can take quite a lot of time to get. Location is brilliant if you are into shopping and eating with the entire Midvalley complex at your doorstep.

The manager and duty staff are very freindly and approachable Take care of all your needs to the best of their abilities There is a restaurant within - which is so handy Shopping is within the centre and fair prices The carpets in main corridors may need changing? Well trodden!

This hotel is located in a big shopping mall. It is very convenient to buy something, go to restaurant, and watch movies. However, there are some mistakes on the webpage(Rate to go). There are no swimming pool, gymnasium. Spa and sauna are charged option only for men. It costs 30 RM per day to use Wi-Fi. If you need these facilities or services, I recommend another hotel. If you don't use them, you will feel comfortable to stay.

Hotel is well located.

Just a walk to MidValley and The Gardens shopping centres. Whenever my legs are tired, I'll return to the room for a short break and resume my shopping later. This is the hotel you go to if you just need a place to lay your head during your shopping trip.

The location is very good. The sound proof system is bad and we can hear noices in the room. There are still lots of room for improvement in terms of the room cleanliness.

Location is good for shopping in Mid valley. parking is bad. Room condition is only average. Not too value for money.

i) Room card problem door couldn’t open (magnetic contact problem , need to slot more than 10 times ) even those complain /card replace , the same issue still occur ii) The staff spend more than 30 min just to check the room rate (billing during check out ) just because we booked through (website) ( Cititel should be award the rate is RM205 during check in time ) . This is not fare to keep your guest waiting (guest is rushing to airport)

For a three star hotel it provides adequate facilities and is located very conveniently to shopping facilities and the city centre so travel is easier. The rooms were clean and adequately stocked for the price paid.

great location for shopping. however, housekeeping response is very slow. Room was only ready after 2hours of arrival ie. at 5pm - too late

Good and reasonably priced hotel. Room is cosy and comfortable. Car park is free and conveniently accessable to the hotel although very difficult to get a parking lot especially over the weekend.

Generally an average hotel, the counter service staff said there will be newspapers sent every morning, i chose Mandarin papers but it never delivered during my stay... but i do see other guests do received English papers, and i saw Mandarin papers in the loddy area. i wonder why their service aren't consistent...

great service. had some issues with my room booking initially. they allowed me access to the rooms and had my much needed rest after a long flight, while it was all sorted by the time i refreshed myself a couple of hours later. great location and easy access to shops and transport.
