The hotel is located in a quiet area of Lourdes between City Centre and the Shrine, surrounded by the Pyrenees . The local market place, where lovely French products can be found, is only two steps away from your hotel.

Getting there:
Coming from either Tarbes or Pau, drive under the railway bridge and follow the main street North-South until the 'Halles' (market). At the set of traffic lights, turn right and keep driving straight ahead. When you arrive at the Place des Pyrénées, turn right until the STOP sign, you will see the hotel opposite this sign.

Check-in Procedure:
You may check in from 2 pm till 11 pm. You must check out by 10 am. In case of late arrival please call directly the hotel***.

Car parking:
Free public parking at 50 meters; Private garage, according to availability : 6 Euros per day.

Child Policy:
Children between 2 and 6, less 50% on breakfast & meals; Children between 7 and 12, less 25% on breakfast & meals; Children over the age of 12 are charged as adults.

Very good stay at this hotel. Reception people were very nice and English speaking, with good manners. For us their service was marvellous and would highly recommend others to stay in this hotel when visiting Lourdes. Location is good and not far off the sanctuaries. We really enjoy staying in Citotel de la Vallee Hotel, the room is spacious and clean, owner of the hotel is very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast is ok. I recommend this hotel for family and couple. You will enjoy it.

We found this hotel to suit our needs perfectly, The room was comfortable and large for a French hotel of 3 stars...The staff was exceptional...very friendly and helpful..Although a bit far from the grotto, the walk was not a problem for us but if someone is not used to walking, then this hotel would be a bit far. We also found a parking space right in front of the hotel!! We do recommend this hotel, but not for someone who wants to be be close to the grotto..
