Getting there:Enjoy the convenience of a prime location in Kuala Lumpur city. Conveniently located off Jalan Raja Laut, one of the artery city roads, the 171-room Citrus Hotel enjoys close proximity and easy access to the city centre. The rail network provides efficient links to the entire city. Running parallel to Gombak River west of the hotel is the STAR LRT, with stops at Putra World Trade Center (PWTC) and Sultan Ismail LRT Stations. East of the hotel, the nearby KL Monorail line has stations at Medan Tuanku and Chow Kit.

Value for money!
This hotel is cheap. It even have bath tub and safe box! But no refrigerator. Room consider clean. I didn't take the breakfast. You can have easy access to food nearby (there are shopping complex like Sogo and Maju Junction and many food stores nearby). There is only a few parking slots in front of the hotel but I don't know why no hotel guest driving because I always got myself parking space in front of the hotel. The hotel staff said if it is full, I can park at a nearby open car park for RM3+ per entry. Not expensive compared to the RM20/day kind of parking. The killer! It is very very noisy especially at night. The Jalan Raja Laut is one of the road where Mat Rempit (illegal motor racer) race at night. There is a traffic light 200m from the hotel, so you will hear wave of motorbikes sounds speeding up and changing gears... very loud and annoying... I believe all nearby hotel suffer the same faith. Maybe having a room facing the other side would be better.
It was a nice Quite hotel..with good service..
Reasonable hotel for the price. Wifi not working, but there is pc in club lounge which they may permit use of. Very noisy at the back from trains on curves in early morning, and bad traffic noise in front. Some mould present in bathrooms which should be cleaned more thoroughly.
I think the service at the reception is very good. They went out of their way t accommodate my request for a queen-bed instead of twin beds. I am still puzzled why they need to hold on to MYD 150 deposit via my credit card (required at check-in) even after I have checked out. Their reply is it is standard procedure and the deposit will be released after 1 week.
Location is a little hidden, but good value for money. 5 mins walk to nearest LRT station. Rooms need more maintanence, but otherwise clean and comfortable.
Not right in the centre, but not too far away from the local trains. It is a good place to stay!
We like the ambience of the hotel and the breakfast was reasonable.
Excellent , polite staff. Our 1 day stay in Malaysia was fruitful because concierge recommended a very kind taxi driver who generously provided an 8 hour service for under AUD100. Will definitely return to this hotel.
The place is not 4 star, 3 star would be more like it. After initial disappointment with service and room when we arrived after midnight, things improved. Breakfast good, club lounge great... rooms small - the place looks like it is old but has had a facelift and change of management...
The staffs at the front desk and the lounge at the tenth floor are very kind and helpful when it comes to the needs of the customers. I'll highly recommend your hotel because of your great customer service. Thanks for the friendly people at your hotel.

Basic hotel, good for transit. 15 min walk to Petronas Towers.
hotel executive club was poor. you paid for all alcohol,snacks were light on most times. the only the good thing was free internet.staff were very nice
Reasonable location if you ensure you know the rail network. Took the monorail (5 min walk to station) to Bukit Bintang for evening. Tune Hotel nearby, but Citrus is better value.
The bed was perhaps a little too soft, but everything else was fine. A very nice hotel. I will stay there again.
The staff at this hotel were all very helpful & courteous. My wife & I had a very early flight & arrived at the hotel long before check in time, but were admitted straight away & even upgraded our room plus breakfast. We have used this hotel twice now & will stay there again on our next trip.
Book hotel for executive 1 king bed but i was degraded to superior 2 single bed coz it full!!
