"Central to the entertainment, but at a very affordable price.
Staff are cheerful and very helpful.
Standard rooms aren't the biggest, but then nor is the cost.

"Rooms are very small but suited to overnight or short stays. The location is really excellent, just off Queen Street, close to SkyCity and heaps of restaurants, theatres and cinemas, etc. The only negatives are: no parking at the hotel but very convenient (as in next door) reduced rate parking ($9 overnight and $24 per 24 hours) and that the windows in the rooms do not have "hush" glass so even on the 5th floor traffic noise was noticeable, however if you are a heavy sleeper or remember to bring ear plugs that shouldn't be a problem either. The special deal I got more than compensated for these 2 minor issues." - Robert Connors
