This was such a cheap night out!!! The location was excellent and the accomodation was cheap and cheerful.
Great value! Dont let the fisrt impression to scare You when claiming stairs to reception.

Fantastic Location and Neat room
this is a great really budget hotel: could be hot in summer as no aircon therefore leaving the window open etc, great simple rooftop kitchen! the shared bathrooms were fine - i never saw anyone else! also could be loud if you overlooked little collins street - with the bars and late night revellers! perfect for our four night city stay a lovely, picturesque stroll up to queens st to our seminar. the staff were really helpful and friendly - i had dropped my suitcase off a day before and one of the night managers feared i may not get to reception by 9.30pm and had taken my case upstairs for me and left a key and phoned me - just made it! plus great $25 exit parking deal with the big carpark a few metres away.
The staff were very helpful at this Hotel. My room was clean and tidy though the walls are slightly thin so you could sometimes hear neighbour noise. Being in the City there is a lot of street noise but this is a common factor if you want to stay in the heart of the City. The shared bathrooms and toilets were fine but could of done with a little more cleaning!!!
I will return to stay here when it suits me to stay in Melbourne city centre.
Really nice stay, clean and confortable rooms, best quality/price rapport found on Melbourne. Located close to restaurants and bars.
I just stayed here overnight waiting for a flight so didn't need much in the way of facilities or luxuries. However, the room was quite large and the double bed was extremely comfortable with lovely linen. The share bathroom was clean and it was very quiet. I walked to Chinatown for some takeaway and enjoyed a very relaxing evening watching TV. The staff were lovely.
Great location, comfortable bed. Facilities leave a bit to be desired. If you don't plan to spend a lot of time in your hotel and are on a budget, this one might suit.
Clean place but no room service. Internet access. Quality/Price ++
