Staff is very nice, only the rooms are simple and not very well-equipped and quite small especially for three people. Wardrobe was missing for a longer stay. Hotel description:    We are a small, family owned, budget hotel in lively Surry Hills. Our rooms have recently undergone extensive renovations, however our rates are still amongst the most competitive in Sydney's CBD. We are located 2 minutes from Oxford St and 10 minutes from the City centre.

Getting there: We are just a short 10 minute walk from Central Railway Station. From Central Station head out on to Eddy Ave and turn right, cross over Elizabeth St. Turn right into either Albion St or Foveaux St, walk along untill you reach Crown St, turn left and you will soon see the City Crown Motel.

From the Airport taxi's are readily avaiable and should cost between $15.00 and $20.00
