"while the entrance to the hotel and reception was very nice, clean etc. , the room we had booked, a double, was not available.they wanted us to take a twin room or pay 200 per night for an upgrade. eventually we got a double after an hours wait. the room was musty, poor standard an left much to be desired. we were very dissapointed with it." - Michael Collins
