Rooms were very noisy. Windows require replacing with double glazed windows to cut down noise from laneway. TV's were a bit small.

Location was very good. There was a lot of street noise in the rooms as the windows have only normal glass and there is only blinds on the windows not curtains. Quite noisy thru the night

I got an awesome discount on my stay and only paid $109 for the night. The lane way alongside the hotel was a little noisy early in the morning, but I had already been forewarned of this by some feedback I had read so it was not a problem for me.

Fantastic place close to everything only problem was the taxi driver tooting his horn at 7:30am but certainly not the motels problem.

Clean room. Very small though, was ok for the one night we needed after going out in the city, but any more than that would have been a struggle. A fair bit of noise from the street below. Bed was very very firm.

Bit small and cramped as a studio apartment. Found sitting on the bed to watch TV quite uncomfortable, especially with a hot drink. Signs say no smoking permitted but the corridor was filled with smoke.

Excellent Location, close to eateries, very clean but basic rooms. Ideal for stopovers or just somewhere to sleep you wouldn't want to spend hours lounging around in the room just a good place to go back to at the end of the day.

This hotel was excellent, it was clean, the service was prompt, efficient and done with a smile. The location was right in the centre of the city and it was very good value for money. Like most hotels you can hear other guests open and shut their doors and we could hear a toilet flush in an adjoining room but otherwise it was perfectly quiet. Our only criticism was the lack of a power point in the bathroom for a razor or hair drier and no light over the mirror. We will certainly go back there and thoroughly reccomend it.

Comfortable and clean room/bathroom in an absolutely fantastic location - with opening windows (much better than airconditioning all through the night). No need for in-house restaurant/breakfast with so many options in nearby Hardware Lane, China Town, Swanston Street. Will definitely recommend and use this hotel again on future stays in Melbourne.

This is an unassuming small hotel right in the heart of the city. It is, of course, quite noisy but I guess that's what being in the city is all about. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and almost all of the local attractions are within walking distance. Friends who visited me at the hotel said they would be quite happy to stay there.

The room was clean and comfortable, although the view was aweful (looking straight out onto the next building) I thought the wire through the window glass was very ugly and unnecessary, I think this could be upgraded, The service was great and I appreciated that they lokked after our bags after check-out so we didn't have to drag them around for the rest of the day. I would certainly stay again and recommend Leo Pacific Hotel

The staff were very helpful, and the location is fantastic. The room was basic, very noisy, even for a Saturday night. There is little to no sound proofing, so you here the people upstairs walking around, and the neighbours' plumbing - shower and toilet! The TV reception was very poor.

Room was very small, it was ok although it wasn't the sort of place you'd look forward to going to for chilling out. Good for a short stay if you don't want luxeries. Good location although our friends room was noisy.
