From the airport: order our minibus transfer service (not free) or take a taxi. By car: Drive on the Grand Boulevard, and after Nyugati Square (West Railway Station) you'll find us on the right side.

One word sums up this hotel tired! Great location and its cheap so you can't complain
Long weekend June 2007. Extremely nice and helpfull staff, they gave us plenty of info and tips. They also arranged the late check out with reasonible price. Rooms basic but rather quiet. Location was very good, near Danube and the west end shopping centre. There is also two exelent restaurants rather near (the Italian just 10 m from hotel door and the Blue Tomato few blocks away). Negative: The air conditioning was not working as it should (room 20x).
The hotel is basic, not the most modern, but clean, in an excellent location (50m from the Nyugati subway and tramstops), and the staff were very friendly. We missed breakfast every day but that was not the hotel's fault... excellent if you are on a bit of a budget.
tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been nice.

Convenient location. Minor detail: they had a sign at the reception saying "airport shuttle every hour", but when I asked about, they said it should have been booked the previous day. "Every hour" certainly made me think it would run regularly, without booking.
I had a single room at this hotel which was okay. There was no lift and svent istvan was a busy street so white noise was constant. Although not bad with the windows closed at night. Internet was available in the lobby for a small fee. The morning breakfast was excellent. Hotel was conveniently located by a train station and very near some tram lines. Also, very close to the Danube and Margaret Island for quick access to some tourist attractions.
Hotel not suitable for people with any dissabilities as there are no lifts. A short walk from the underground station and tram stop. The hotel is clean, comfortable with extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent place to stay while in Budapest. Good value for money and great location.
The location was very good because it is near the west railway station. However, there was no elevator and we had difficulty carrying our suitcases to the upper floors. The man in the reception was helpful but not friendly. The lady receptionists were more friendly.
