City Lights is a brand new Boutique Bed & Breakfast set in 2 acres of grounds half way up Mount Ngongotaha in the city of Rotorua. Opened in December 2008, we are a purpose built Luxury Boutique B&B offering 3 beautiful en-suite rooms with sumptuous linens and drapes. With just 3 rooms we can offer a top class service as well as privacy. We have fantastic facilities including a guest lounge with computer station including FREE wireless broadband internet, real fire and heat pump/air conditioner.
We can offer plenty of off road parking for trailers, boats etc. Garage parking can be arranged with the management if preferred.
All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with amenities, tea/coffee making facility, bottled water, walled mounted LCD TV with Sky, wall mounted CD/Radio, hairdryer, local art on walls (some for sale), bathrobes, thermostatically controlled heaters, double glazed windows.
Other facilities include a gym, outdoor spa, and infrared sauna. Laundry also available. We also have 2 mountain bikes which we lend free of charge to guests.
We have been in the accommodation industry in Rotorua for over 4 years and welcome the chance to help you plan the most from your trip. Attractions and restaurant advice freely given and bookings can be made by your hosts on request at no charge. We have 4 Alpacas, George the ram, Jelly the Jack Russell and Snowy the cat - all guest friendly.

If coming into town on SH5 along Fairy Springs Road - take a right hand turn at the traffic lights into Clayton Road. Proceed along Clayton for approx 3 km and turn right into Mountain Road. Up the mountain for approx 1 km and you will see our sign on the left hand side. Turn in here and follow signs for City Lights. Free pick up from Rotorua Airport or the bus station is available subject to availability. |

Plenty of off street parking available at no charge. Garage parking also available by arrangement with the management. Ample space for trailers/boats etc please just inform beforehand so extra space can be allocated. |
| Child Policy: |
We do not accommodate children under the age of 12. Children are charged at child rates when sharing the Tui suit with 2 adults if they are between the age of 12 - 15 years inclusive. |
