I have stayed here before and will again. Excellent location for business or theatres. Facilities are basic but adequate. Good beds. Basic breakfast included, lots of eateries at your door, right at start of Chinatown. Carpark is not secure but is monitored. Windows open and have double glazing if required for street noise. A good deal for CBD, at hotel club price.
Very good experience on all counts - friendly staff, nice room, fantastic location (we were going to a gig at the Palace, so we couldn't have found a better spot.) Will definately consider a return stay.

Fantastic location for theatres and China Town, heaps of restaurants at door step. Hotel has basic facilities, very clean rooms, comfortable beds, basic breakfast pack included. Carpark is not covered or secured (but monitored) limited spaces so arrange in advance.

Who likes to stay within the CBD of Melbourne and close to all the main 'sights' to see/experience, this is a comfortable place to be. Breakfast is included in the price.
Located close to Train and Tram and many food outlets. The staff were very helpful. The room neat, clean and very comfortable. A little bit of noise from the pub across the road, but otherwise very pleasant stay.
Very nice accommodation - people pleasant and helpful. Dinner to room service excellent. Only drawback was street noise, bins and vehicles but other than that, will definately use City Limits Hotel again
I was very pleasantly surprised by City Limits; for an affordable price, the room was tidy, comfortable and very well-equipped with an unbeatable location in Chinatown and close to public transport, restaurants etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location for the theatres & shopping. City Circle Tram & Rail only meters away. Carparking if requested (not secure). Quiet (mid week) even with windows open, but double glazed if required. Good space in room and basic kitchenette. Clean & comfortable at very reasonable price for location.
