"The personal in the hotel was very receptive and demonstrated willingnes to help. We were unsatisfied with the bedding in our room and to their credit they were willing to listen to us and to find a solution.
Brekfasts are really good, however the restaurant offers mediocre food at the premium price. Live Gypsy music does not help it. For the money, if you are spending time outside hotel, this is not a bad choice" - Gennady Livitz

"This is an excellent hotel in its category with staff who really try to make you welcome. The refurbished rooms are small but well furnished and the hotel has lots of character and is very central.The breakfast is particularly good .I would recommend it warmly especially to those on a modest budget." - Anonymous
