City Oberland Swiss Quality Hotel Interlaken

Best service and nice Breakfast. Only down side was not air conditioned which was fine in winter, but could pose a problem in summer.

This is a lovely clean, friendly hotel. Rooms are much bigger than most European hotels, and well eqipped. Great location, being 2 minutes walk from Interlaken West Station, and about 10 minutes from Interlaken Ost Station. It's also right in the middle of the town, but not noisy. The hotel issues you with a free bus pass for the duration of your stay which is also a big bonus for sightseeing or hiking.

The staff was very helpful and made our stay a great experence. the breakfast was wonderful and included in the price of the room. The sites were plenty around the hotel to see. The hotel was a little difficult to find but if you asked the local people they will point you to the (CITY SWISS) Thank you for making our stay memorable. From a Canadian

Great location, friendly staff. No complaints

The bathroom shower is difficult to control temp. It's very sensitive, easy hot or cold, difficult to get it right. Bathroom looks very nice, but not easy to use. Overall very clean and good, reception is very friendly and helpful

Nice hotel at 5 min walking distance of Interlaken West station. The rooms are decent sized and the cleanliness is of a high standard. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Will use again.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful, and really thoughtful. Let us feel like home and relax when we stayed there. On the other hand, its location is near the station, just about 10 mins on foot.
