"I stayed in this hotel 3 years ago and was impressed enough to return. This time there were only 2 of us (last time 3) so the room was considerably smaller but still adequate and clean. Problem though with only having 1 glass each night and had to ask for the coffee cups and coffee each night. My main problem came on the morning I was leaving when I pulled the shower curtain back after my shower and it came off the wall! It is only spring-loaded so please be careful! I've got a huge bruise on my arm and knee. The front of house staff are very pleasant and helpful and I would certainly return again." - Ann Hill
"couldn't open the window in the room as the key was missing. i requested from reception, was told to come back in the morning and again was unsuccesful. A small blip for a lovely stay. highly recommended" - Anonymous
"Brilliant location, metro right across from the street with access throughout the city and a very short walk to Plaza Cataluna and the nightlife!! Room was basic but clean, of a reasonable size, very nicely done up! Only problem (a tiny problem) would be the lack of plugs in the bathroom for the bath or sink. would defintly recommend this hotel!" - Alice Darling
"Four of us visited this hotel for a long weekend away and had a really lovely stay. The location is perfect with just a few minutes to walk to las rambles and shops and restaurants nearby.
Staff were very helpful with any queries we had. We were advised to go on the open top bus tour to see the city, it cost 20 euros and was well worth it.
The breakfast was very nice but the breakfast room is a little dark and small but clean.
(Word of warning - the shops are shut on a Sunday!) " - Laura Sugden
