City Partner Hotel Fuerst Bismarck Hamburg

We found the position was fantastic as it was across the road from the main railway station and as we were travelling by train this was important to us. We were worried that its location might be noisy but this was not a problem. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast included in the price was scrumptuous with many choices to suit all tastes. The Hop On Hop Off bus stop was directly opposite the hotel which was great for us. There were many restaurants and cafes surrounding the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay which was very comfortable.

Very good hotel. Perfect location and nice area, easy to get anywhere. Good service, cousy rooms. I will definitely stay there again next time I be in Hamburg.

the only negative remark is relevant to the fact that the room was so small that the bed was placed against the wall and was impossible to open the window that is placed in that wall.

Great location, very small rooms(inner City Hotel), friendly staff, rich breakfast, hotel has been renovated recently. When you are not to particular(this is not The Four Seasons), and can stand City noice during night, this is good value for money.

Excellent location, couldn't be more central to train and bus stations. Ideal if you're flying in late at night or arriving by train. Friendly staff. Highly recommended for a short stay in Hamburg.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, speaking fluent English. The rooms are well sized and clean. The en-suite was very large and well laid out. It is extremely centrally located with lots of restaurants and shops just down the street, and with pretty much everything else in Hamburg less than a 10 minute metro ride away. And with the main Hamburg train station being only 100m away it couldn't be easier. My only slightly negative comment is: The hotel could do with air-con as even though it was March when we went, the room was always very hot when we returned to it. And the heating was off. This meant we had to sleep with the window open, and because we were on the 1st floor I didn't feel 100% safe about it as there was no way of locking the window half open.

Ideal location from which to explore hamburg. Perfect for someone using the train as we were. Good choice of restaurants nearby.

The location is absolutely fantastic (50 m. from U/S -Bahn, bus and train station+tourist office); our room was quiet and comfortable, at the reception we found a lot of dépliants and useful informations on Hamburg.

Clean nice rooms, directly at main train station (Hauptbahnhof). Personell very helpful, excellent breakfast buffet.

Very good hotel if you don't know city already, you come from airport to railway station and the hotel is opposite the station. Good situation to start and end your day. Good breakfast and nice staff. No too expensive.
