"Beds were not comfortable, very hard." - Anonymous
"Normal checking time is 4PM, but we were there at 10 AM, and desk clerk instructed cleaning staff our room first, and were able to get into the room by 10:30 AM. Very friendly front desk staff, and spoke good English. The location was absolutely perfect, on a peadestrain zone street. The hotel was one block from the famous Vaci Utca shoppinmg street. The breakfast was very good. On the day of departure, we had to leave before breakfast opening time, and hotel prepared a nice little box breakfast for us to go. I am very satisfied with the hotel and would recommend. Caution, no elevator, so if you are on 3rd or 4th floor, good luck. " - Jai Doshi

"The location of this hotel is excellent, just a short walk from the main shopping areas. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast was usual continental fare, coffee was a bit weak. We ate in the hotel restaurant and had a very good meal but watch out for wine prices and always check your bill everywhere you go. There was an excellant cafe to the right of the hotel in the small square, good food and good prices. " - Pauline Simpson
