Getting there:From the airport it will take approximately 20 minutes to reach the apartments by car or taxi. The airport is located on Sir Donald Bradman Drive. Head towards the City along Sir Donald Bradman Drive, turn right onto West Terrace and the left onto Wright Street; this street merges into Carrington Street. The Windsor apartment complex is located on the left hand side just after the Pulteney Street intersection. After checking in at the Windsor Apartments the City South Apartments are located a short distance down the street.
Check-in Procedure:Check in at the Windsor Apartments located at 188 Carrington Street, Adelaide. Office Hours: Monday-Friday 08:00-21:00. Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays 08:00-18:00. If arriving after these hours please contact reception with the number given on your confirmation voucher during office hours to obtain the after hours check in procedure
Car parking:Complimentary parking is available on a request basis and subject to availability on arrival. Maximum of one parking space per apartment.
Child Policy:Rates based on existing bedding. In select complexes, cots/high chairs at additional cost of $5.50 per night, subject to availability. Please note that we do not supply extra beds.
Excellent in all regards but would have liked wireless interenet access instead of dialup. Very happy with stay.
Nice apartments with good facilities located about fifteen minutes walk south of city centre in an area popular with backpackers. Supermarket for self catering is nearby.
Two Bedroom, fully furnished and self contained apartment. Private balcony. All apartments offer a full kitchen, laundry, dining and lounge area.
Ideal for a family of 4 persons. Kitchen facilities were adequate. Security can be better if there was a night porter. Location, within walking distance to the shops, as how the brochures described. Very cosy. My kids love the place and would want to stay there if Adelaide was to be visitted again.I would recommend this place for the family holiday makers as well as business travellers.;
Comfortable air-conditioned apartment - useful to have washing m/c & tumble-dryer. Within easy walk of shops and city centre. Would stay here again.

A neat, tidy and well furnished building with pool, gym, spa and a few blocks from the heart of Adelaide. Great value.
Excellent facilities for people travelling for a extended period (full laundry facilities) and plenty of space. Full kitchen facilites but no 'on site' food available (eateries nearby). A shortish walk to main tourist areas.
Good apartments at a great price.
If you're after a self contained unit a couple of blocks from restaurants, cafes, shops and the city centre, this is it.
Better than my apartment back home at a rasonable price. The office hours are a bit inconvenient for the vacationing traveler. I would be happy to stay there again.
For our purposes we found the apartment very well placed for easy access to Adelaide and the surrounding area. The main businsee district was less than a ten minute walk. Car Parking was good with a secure facility at the back of the block, however it was a puzzle to get in and out on foot. The accomodation was clean but looked well worn, a good lick of paint would not go amiss. It was very nice to have a direct access phone with its own number so that calls didn't have to go through reception.
Very quiet and central location, lovely apartment.
The St Helena Apartments were just about an ideal apartment style booking for us. Everything you needed just to sit back and relax and without the added cost of room servicing every day, mini bar, porters, etc ... Great central location in the middle of the CBD within walking distance of almost everything.
We stayed in the St Helena Apartments recently and found them ideally located, close to the main city centre, cafe and eateries down stairs and across the road. Grocery store very close for those who want to do their own cooking. The 2 bedroom aprtment was very big and comfortable. The apartment was clean but could do with a paint job inside to freshen up the apartment and make it look more presentable. It was great for 4 people and would be ideal for long stays.
We stayed in St Helena, a spacious well appointed apartment in a quiet block. The only comment I would say against the place was that it could do with redecorating as there were some marks on the walls, otherwise we were very happy with it - good value accommodation.
