Getting there:As you travel west down Wellington Street, the entrance to the Hotel's carparking is on the left hand side at the intersection of Sutherland Street. From City West Train Station walk about 2 minutes south until you reach Wellington Street, then walk about 150m east down Wellington Street until you arrive at the Sutherland Street intersection.
Check-in Procedure:Check-in is 24 hours. Reception is open 7.00am to 9.00pm Sun - Thur. Reception is open 7.00 am to Midnight Fri & Sat night. If you arrive outside of reception hours, please proceed to hotel side entrance and press the intercom. The night porter will check you in.
Car parking:Undercover parking is free of charge for guests.
Child Policy:Children 15 years and under are free when staying with an adult, using existing bedding.
This is an older building, 1970's. Unfortunately the internal walls which are brown brick are a turn off. However for the money it is good value. Well located in West Perth.
Stayed at city stay apartment for one night for the city to surf marathon, we stayed in a two bedrooms apartment, it is a basic apartment with everything you need for a comfortable overnight stay, clean and tidy with good kitchen, laundry & dryer. basic shower and toilet facility. with the price that we paid, I am pleased with service provided.

all is good except for the fact that the walls and ceilings are pretty thin, you can hear kids running all night long.
Clean comfortable and a down to earth place to stay. All the facilites you could requires. While not the most modern premises, it was perfectly functional and represented good value for money. Everything worked and was clean and tidy. Will return.

This a very well located Hotel and we appreciated the facilities of the kitchenette with frig, microwave, stove etc. Staff were very efficient and helpful.
In terms of location, should be considered good. It would be better if have towel exchanging and room cleaning daily.

Reasonable value property in good central location.
Across the road from Harbour Town Outlet Shopping, 15 mins walk to King's park. Rooms facing Wellington St can be a bit noisy when cars zoom past. Only the living room was air-conditioned, the bedrooms are not. Laundry and cooking facilities very good. BBQ area is clean but car parking space is slightly small for a full-sized sedan.

found it a great place for a short stay. place could do with a fresh coat of paint and some refurbishing. Lounge old, windows dirty, bathroom very small.
Provided and set up the port-a-cot free of charge which was great. Customer service was lacking from all the staff. Great under cover parking!
City Stay Apartments are good value for money. The only down side is the lift which is in desperate need of overhaul or replacement. For a convenient place to stay in the CBD it is ideal.
A very pleasant place to stay.
I found City Stay Apartment staff very friendly. I come regularly to Perth for appointments and often don't arrive til 1 am in the morning. On occasions other hotels have cancelled my room due to the late arrival time but the caretaker at City Stay was more than helpful with a very friendly attitude. The self contained room has everything in it that you need and the location is great.
