"Overall the experience was very poor. The beds were as hard as a rock, and we called down to ask for help in turning on the heat, they claimed they were trying to save money, and would not be turning the heat on until later in the year. It was probably 60 F. in the room. I have a problem with it being rated as a 4 star hotel." - Kevin Griffin
