Shanghai City View Hotel is very closed Lujiazui Finance and Trade Zone, within 10 minutes drive to the oriental pearl TV Tower. The four-star hotel is 25 minutes' drive to jinqiao Export Processing Zone and Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park.

Overall the experience was very poor. The beds were as hard as a rock, and we called down to ask for help in turning on the heat, they claimed they were trying to save money, and would not be turning the heat on until later in the year. It was probably 60 F. in the room. I have a problem with it being rated as a 4 star hotel.
The place I was looking for to be close to the government depts. and officials that made my choice to be there. It was reasonable and offordable with its stretegic location.
