Getting there:From the motorway AP-7, take the exit number 7 (Girona Sud). Go along the road C-65 and take the second exit heading towards Girona Ciutat. Go along Barcelona Road for about 3 km until you find Marques de Camps Square. Go straight on down Ronda Ferran Puig Street and take Sequia Street on the right. Go on down this street as far as the traffic lights and turn left. Go on down Jaume I Avenue as far as the third traffic lights and turn right. Go along Nord, which is a pedestrian Street. In the middle of this street, you will find a pylon and on its left, there is an entryphone to speak directly to the Hotel Reception. Then, we will take the pylon down and at the end of the street, on the left corner, you will find Ciutat de Girona Hotel.

Great modern hotel with good atmosphere in excellent location. Very friendly staff and well appointed bedrooms with lots of nice small touches like complimentary bathrobe and a note with tomorrow's weather forecast and chocolates in the bedroom each night.
Excellent location, staff extremely pleasant and helpful, restaurant excellent. We had a late lunch there on Saturday and the majority of diners were Spanish non-residents - always a good recommendation. Restaurant prices were comparable with others in the area. Would highly recommend for weekend break.
This air-conditioned oasis is the perfect base from which to visit old Girona. In just a few minutes you are in the attractive Placa Independencia with its many restaurants or you are a few steps from the Pont de les Peixateries which takes you over the River Onyar straight into the pedestrianised Rambla de Libertat in the heart of the old town, with its many bars and cafes. Our second stay at this very welcoming and efficient hotel.

Excellent location - just cross the "Eiffel" river bridge and you are in the interesting part of town. Approach and garage (as others have said) is a little tricky. Bollards sink into road if you call the intercom to hotel. Go to hotel first - then park. Very warm welcome - super little hotel and v. v. clean. Services re-stock your mini-bar by the way at around 8pm!! Free beer, coke, water and orange drinks. Breakfast truly awesome and very fresh. Can't really fault this one. Bit pricey but you get what you pay for here.

Nice hotel,centrally located.Room size was adequate and clean.Not a great choice for breakfast.Staff were helpfull and friendly. Overall the hotel was comfortable and clean,perhaps more3,5 star rather than 4 star.
A good modern hotel in a central location. Helpful staff. Location maps are not very clear but directions to Girona hotels are signposted in the streets.

Hotel was excellent and very well located for access to all the main shopping and sights. Highly recommended. The only problem was access by car and also parking arrangments which were a little way from the hotel and had difficult access (small entrance and exit from underground car park).
I was very happy with the combination of price, quality and location.
The hotel was beautiful - very modern and clean. The service was outstanding, especially from the reception staff who were only too happy to help. Our only concerns were that not all staff spoke English and we did not speak enough Spanish to be able to communicate with them well, especially in the restaurant.
