"The room is fine except that the comfort room does not have any window or exhaust fan and with that, the smell of the comfort room sticks inside the hotel room. The buffet breakfast and the dining room is not very pleasing. Claremont hotel is recommended for those who are in a budget or will just use the hotel to sleep for a few hours. One advantage of this hotel is that it is very near the Farrer Park MRT station and Mustaffa Center(24 hours open). " - Anonymous
"The plus factor for this hotel is its accessibility to MRT and Mustafa shopping mall.There's no problem with the size of the room which we reserved (one Queen size and a single bed) since most time of the day we're out of it and we used it only to sleep in.My only complaint is the shower which does not work, so we have to kneel a little bit to use the faucet which is placed higher than the normal height and i think the carpet needs cleaning/shampooing to rid of the not so pleasant odor inside .We do not appreciate the food served in breakfast and its presentation/preparation." - Anonymous
"Toilet very bad, wash basin badly fitted, and entire toilet get wet when open the wash basin tap. No hot water, no shower curtain. Other facilities and services are acceptable for the price." - ANANDATISSA ILLEPERUMAGE
