Claret Bercy Hotel Paris

Choose hotel to be within walking distance of Gare Lyon. Happy with service and facilities and included buffet breakfast.

I am from Croatia and I was there (in the hotel) last week on the concert of Pink and let me say that I am glad that I choose your hotel. It was very good experiance, the hotel is very close to Metro and it has very good connection with the center of Paris and all attractions, museums and all that Paris has to offer.

Overall, it was a good deal taking into account the price paid. Staff at the Reception were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was however too basic.

Is a nice small hotel, more charming than a standard Ibis, but at the same standards. Located nearby metro stop Bercy (one of the exits is just in front of the hotel) and as well in front of train railways. I had a room with windows on the street and it was a bit noisy.

I arrived late on a Friday evening after a very long day; the staff were welcoming, the room ( a single ) was small but clean and nicely decorated; the bathroom very clean and the bed comfortable - which is everything you need; I also had a good meal in the restaurant and the hotel was a 7 minute walk from Gare de Lyons (my destinatition the next morning!).

Very handy location for the Gare de Lyon railway station. Also the metro and riverbus were within easy access. Reception staff were very helpful and there was a choice of eating places closeby. We would certainly use this hotel again especially if we arrived in Paris by train like we did this time.

A simple hotel but that's just exactly what I needed. Service is ok and staff are friendly. Actually just beside Metro Station line 6/14 and it's a 15-minute trip to central Paris. If it was summer and you have to keep the windows open, the noise from nearby railway could be a problem though.

The best 3 star hotel in Paris, very friendly, helpfull staff, central location, clean room & bathroom, filling breakfast - what more could you ask for?

Room was a bit small, but we had a very good meal in the friendly retaurant.

Very convenient for the Gare de Bercy and the Gare de Lyon. Nice restaurants surrounding.

Offers good value for money. Though the facilities are fairly basic the hotel is extremely clean and well presented. It is not particularly central but is positioned in a quiet area ideally situated for Gare de Lyon.

Although this hotel is in the east edge of Paris, the metro 14 brings me to the center very quickly. Other qualities are almost perfect. I definitely will stay at this hotel again when I go to Paris.

Very nice hotel next to a metro station. Rooms on the garden are very quiet. Staff very friendly & helpful. Will definitely return to this hotel.

We had a nice quiet room on the courtyard side. Good breakfast.

The room was clean, if not a little small, but no smaller than your average hotel in Paris. We were leaving Paris via Gare de Lyon, so the location was perfect for that. Other Paris sights were not too close, but Bercy metro station is right outside hotel door making getting around great. Excellent continental buffet, one of the best on our trip. Very friendly and helpful staff, would gladly recommend.

If you need to stay close to Bercy, this place is a real find. The rooms facing the courtyard are quiet and calm. The rooms are very attractive and have every comfort.

Good hotel and nice service.

The room was very small but adequate for a short stay. The secure car park was a very useful facility.
