good location, good facilities

Parking is not actually part of the hotel (so they should not really have the symbol for it) but it in a nearby private parking station. That parking station has the most confusing ticketing system we have EVER used. This resulted in us getting a parking fine (approx AU$110) for leaving the car for 14 minutes while we checked in and took our bags to the room. We are not impressed with them for that reason. Staff told us when we complained about the fine they were considering not using the carpark in future. not that it helps us now.

Very nice hotel, good atmosphere, excellent choice for breakfast, but a at a cost.

Always stayed in the Thon & SAS at Central Station. This hotel is a very good alternative. Location is good.

The hotel have a air condition problem bit they are aware of it and are trying to to solve it as soon as possible.

The cleanliness was ok, but is not nice to find a newspaper behind the bed. Then you are thinking......how good is the cleanliness?? But in total I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. And the breakfast is very, very good.

I enjoyed staying at this Hotel which was very centrally located in one of my favourite cities. Once again this hotel was geared for business people and conferences which could have meant that tourists such as myself felt a bit out of it but the staff were so friendly and helpful and the food and facilities so excellent that my stay was a very positive experience.

The hotel was in an excellent position. The hotel had a cental area which was being used for a christmas party. we were given a room next to the band and were unable to sleep. when we complained we were moved but moving at 12.00 at night is not fun. when we complained the next day we were told christmas parties were comon in Norway. (we went in November!!!!!!) The staff were not helpful and we felt like an inconvienience to them. I would try other hotels in the area before returning here.

We found that this hotel was one of the friendliest, most helpful, most comfortable and convenient hotels that we have ever stayed in and were sorry that our stay was only of a one night duration. Thank you so much for the booking. We were so pleased.

The furniture was odd - looking like it belonged in a different shaped or sized room. No major complaints.

the hotel was very very clean the only thing i didn't like was the fact that the room i had didn't have an outside view from the window but an internal view

An excellent hotel, situated opposite Central Station. Excellent breakfasts, rooms and facilities.

An excellent hotel right across from the station and near the central mall.

The staff were friendly, the breakfast was extensive and balanced. The location is very close to the central station.

Small rooms

This hotel is regarded one of Oslo's top 10, and we had no complaints during our stay. We were received professionally and friendly in the reception and got a very nice room on the 12th floor. The hotel is highly recommendable if you are looking for a nice hotel with a perfect location in Oslo, and are not on a very low budget.
