Very Clean. Slight smell of fresh paint in my room although it was obvious that it had recently been decorated so can't complain too much. Very nice hotel, all in all. Would stay again.
I just stay 1 night, the breakfast was good,, everything was clean and the service was ok.
Very busy on the weekend we went due to weddings. Not easy to find, too far from main roads. Carpark not big enough for the size of the hotel, consequently couldnt park for several hours on site. Excellent breakfast and staff were nice
An excellent comfortable stay, highly recommend this hotel, from the staff to the food and the facilities everything was top notch.
nice hotel but very cold rooms.
The Hotel is clean and well located. Expenive compared with Hotels in the North of Ireland. The lobby e.t.c is nothing special but the Town itself is a good place
Hotel was generally good but the bar area was cold and impersonal. service was good and helpfull
Very impressed with this Hotel. Staff and management are totally customer orientated and are extremely helpful and friendly. The Hotel has a Guest Relations Manager who is excellent at her job and during my stay I was particularly impressed with how she and another manager dealt with an issue. Overall I would highly recommend this Hotel
There were no directions to the hotel and when we did eventually find the hotel we went by it thinking it was the mental hospital when we turned we saw the hotel name a good bit in off the road. There was a long slow queue to check in and this was worse checking out.The hotel is fine and big and the rooms were clean and big.The bar was nice but it was not the cleanest as in there the chairs had crumbs on them and we sat for an hr and the empty glasses of previous people had not been taken up when we left.On the whole the hotel is nice.
very friendly helpful staff leisure facilites excellant lots of roomfor outdoor games enjoyed the holiday
overall very good - really enjoyed the 18 hole crazy golf!
I would certainly visit this hotel again. You would need a taxi to get into the town. It was very clean, the staff were very friendly and the grounds were kept immaculate. The price i got on [your website] was excellent also. The rooms were gorgeous and had everything you would need. I would defo go back if in Sligo again.
Rooms were big but lacked any charm. Hotel reception was constantly busy. A nice place, but wouldn't be rushing back.
Excellent appointments of rooms. Was given directions to my room which, unbelievable intailed walking around after cheap direction arrows on A4 sheets and also having to find my way to my room in the cold, wet dark. No porter offered and no advance warning that a guide would be needed to find our room!
Nice spacious apartments, some of the furnishings a bit shabby. Location is a little far out of town centre
Excellent Hotel. Staff very friendly. Hotel very clean and restaurant excellent. top class.
We only stayed one night, but were highly impressed by the cleanliness, friendliness and facilities available. Have already recommended it to friends and we will definitely return.
Absolutely fabulous rooms and setting. Very friendly staff. However, there was confusion about the price when checking out, which was very embarrassing and should not have happened.
We stayed in a 2 bed apartment which was really nice. I thought the hotel was nearer the town centre but for our purposes the location was fine (but it's a nice walk into town). It's a beautiful hotel set in really lovely surroundings. We ate in the Synergie restaurant and while the food was nice, the service was slow. The restaurant was full and that may have been the problem, but that should be expected on a Saturday night.
Not a great location, but the hotel was very clean, with good facilities and staff. I will use again.
