"The position of the hotel is excellent for the Metro at Charonne and all the sights are very easily assessible from there. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and spoke good English which was a bonus as our French is very limited! We would not hesitate to choose the Hotel Bastille again." - Raymond BRAY
"The people at the front desk were always very helpful and made up for my lack of speaking French. We did have a false fire alarm one evening about 10 PM but the hotel staff handled the situation very well and we were soon back in our rooms. The hotel is tucked away in a typical French neighborhood and allowed us to see the life of the everday person. Would like to do it again!" - Don Carley
