"reception assistance very good, not impressed with restaurant staff who were very dismissive when we wished to have coffee, drinks and food at about 9pm, rather rude, but the room service staff who subsequently dealt with our request were very pleasant and the food a good standard.

7 minutes from Christchurch International Airport, exit left onto Russley Road. Travel along for approximately 5 minutes through four roundabouts to Johns Road.
From CBD, from Papanui Road onto Main North Road turn left at Johns Road (bypass to airport), approximately 20 minutes. |
