Cleopatra Palace Hotel Tenerife

The hotel was just amazing....i really like it....good location....Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is lovely (the rooms a little small, but I wouldn't hold that against them. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is right on the beach (and you can bring you pool towel to the beach).

We were most impressed with the very friendly/helpful staff and the added extra provided by the hotel, glass of Cava on arrival, dressing gown and slippers in your room, voucher for the spa, pool towels changed daily. The hotel is lovely (the rooms a little small, but I wouldn't hold that against them. The breakfast was the best I have experienced in similar hotels. The hotel is right on the beach (and you can bring you pool towel to the beach). Will be back.

This was a return visit for me. I checked into the Cleopatra Palace, with my elderly mother. We were very well received. Our rooms were on the ground floor, side by side and accessible. We were also told that if things were not suitable for my mother they would offer us an alternative. The rooms were suitable. They were comfortable, clean and had all that we required. The sea view we requested was full on and the balconies large enough to relax on and enjoy the sun and the view. Room service was 24 hour and very prompt. The buffet breakfast was excellent and my mother, who is a coeliac was offered some gluten-free options. The Dinner buffet was a little disappointing but the buffet in one of the other hotels on the complex was also available and was much better. We did not suffer unduly. Excellent pool facilities. The decor is over the top and great fun. Other guests we spoke with were very happy with their experience. I look forward to a further visit soon.

The hotel is good and I enjoyed my stay. The staff are helpful, warm and welcoming. Often have to ask for things that you would expect to be there in a 5* hotel. Minor maintenance is not always up to standard. e.g curtains off runners not repaired. It is nice hotel in an super location. Will return.

The hotel Cleopatra Palace forms part of the Mare Nostrum complex which is made up of 5 hotels: Mediterranean Palace, Sir Anthony, Julio Cesar Palace, Cleopatra Palace, Marco Antonio Palace. The Cleopatra is located on the sea front and offers both sea view and pool view rooms. The main costal walkway is immediately in front of the hotel but did not cause any problems with noise etc (third floor is probably best for standard rooms). The Hotel is very impressive and has a large a roman pool with plenty of sun beds. There are other pools which you have access to on the Mare Nostrum complex including a very large spectacular pool at the Mediterranean Palace. You have access to up to 13 restaurants, although not all open at the same time, at least while we were there. They seem to open some of them in rotation but this could be seasonal. Restaurant includes Canaries, Russian, Spanish, Italian, Mediterranean and Mexican. We enjoyed the buffet at the Italian restaurant.
