"A great hotel with a fantastic design, a mix of old castle and very comtemporary style, with spacey bedrooms and the best beds I've slept in ! There are two restaurants, both are good but I prefer the more relaxed one (knights bar). The staff of the restaurants, bar, the concierge and the maids were all very helpful smiley and polite, the staff at the reception on the other hand wasn't the most cheerful lot, they were both really grumpy and althought not impolite it felt like we were disturbing them and they had better things to do then check us in... we were probably unlucky to have the only 2 grumpy ladies receptionist of the hotel ... The location is not central, but perfect if you don't want to be in the center of Dublin, it's only a 15€ ride from the airport (about 15-20mn) and there's a bus going to the center of Dublin." - Anonymous
