Club Crocodile Airlie Beach

I was a little concerned about staying here after reading some other reviews, however we had a group of six people (two rooms) and we all found it to be more than adequate. It was clean and comfortable and the reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful with several requests. We also ate at the restaurant a couple of times and found it to be very good and there was also entertainment.

This is a great resort especially if you are holidaying with children, good atmosphere and nice restaurant.

I found the facilities , cleanliness and the pricing good. But the service I receved on the frount desk was the worst service I have ever recived at a resort , the girls were rude and not very willing to help at all, so much that if i was traveliing to airlie beach again I would not stay at club croc again, the attitudes I encountered on the front desk really had a negative impact on may holiday. But like I said I was happy with everything else it is disappointing that something so simple was your greatest downfall

Great to stay somewhere where you don't have to leave the hotel if you don't want to. Everything available, food, bar, pool & spa. I would recommend to anyone for good priced accomadation.

The pool and spa need repairs to sharp cracks as my children received so many cuts to their skin. The food quality was poor and they had limited choices for children. Drunken patrons were not controlled during the night.

Room was very average and did not provide more than expected. Clean and ready for use. It was raining while staying, but there are a fairly big pool and I think it would be a nice spot if the weather was better. Friendly staff and good breakfeast. Located about 2-2,5 km from Airlie Beach. Possible to walk there in 20 minutes along the harbour.

It was basically ok, low standard, need of an refurb. Would not stay here again, not to say it is bad but below the standard I would normally expect. Price reasonable for what it is.

Considering the reputation the resort has, we were very dissapointed with the quality of food, and that we had to go elswhere for a simple cup of coffee. Would not stay there again. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Breakfast finishes at 9am, not suitable for everyone, no lunch available, and rooms need some maintenence and upgrading,apart from that , we had a great stay and would probably stay there again

affordable basic clean accommodation

Club Crocodile was a perfect place for us to stay when visiting Airlie Beach. It was quiet and clean the staff were very helpful and friendly.

A good medium-budget choice. Older hotel but has been re-furbished with light,fresh fittings. On main road, close to bus stop and next door to good shopping centre.

The staff were efficint but not very friendly.

Was certainly up to the standard of Comfort Hotels

Very good for families with pool with waterfall and log for kids to jump off. Hot spa was big and full of kids so suited children. Place was a bit rowdy at night but was safe and we had a babysitter and enjoyed the atmosphere. Food was good but a little bit expensive. Food service was quick for most meals except one lunch which took an hour.

Lovely hotel just outside Airlie Beach but an easy walk in along the coast pathway. Nice pool & rooms very clean & spacious.

The resort facilities were good, entertainment of an evening was good, what let Club Croc down was the run-down state of the rooms. Bathroom was in a very poor state. Tapware was chipped and dirty. Locks on the glass sliding door were difficult to use. The whole room had a tired air.

Deluxe room was overpriced and not up to deluxe standard eg. lack of seating in room. Position of room was at front of hotel with lots of customer arrivals and noise. Balcony not private. Rooms need to be refurbished and upgraded. Limited entertainment in facility and on television (local tv stations only). Bathroom facilities need improvement.
