"Staff are friendly but not very attentive. Took 2 days to deliver a box left for me at front desk. When a computer caught fire (flames, smoke) and I told them to call the fire department, the desk attendant said "the computers are not my problem". Good location. " - Anonymous

"LOcation and price are great! Especially the price were included a light breakfast and a light evening meal (in the Pub downstair, Love it!) each day, save a lot of $$$.
Staffs were helpful! We have a very early flight in the international airport. They help me to book a Taxi the night before, and it had arroved on time.
There were some minor problem in the room that we had stay. The air con fliter need a mojor cleaning!! It looks like that filer has not been clean for some time, real bad air quality!!" - Raymond Kwok
