"It was overall just a awful experience I wouldn't stay there again if I was paid to!!!! For a over $100 a night there were holes in the walls, we had to use excessive force for our key to fit into the lock to get into our room, the so called 'double bed' was just 2 singles pushed together so by the morning the beds had moved apart and you were sleeping wedged in the gap, very badly stained sheets & pillows!!! they wouldnt give us new ones so we bought some just for our stay, staff were the most unhelpful I have ever met and just not interested, food was awful, the list goes on and on....I would just like to stay I'm not a hard person to please & I wouldn't say I am overly fussy but Club Crocodile was just ridiculous!!!!" - Karen Jounquay

"The pool and spa need repairs to sharp cracks as my children received so many cuts to their skin.
The food quality was poor and they had limited choices for children.
