Club Hotel Venice

it's a nice hotel to stay in. bed is very nice to sleep on. very quiet and easy to get to by bus. good breakfast spread too!

Everything was OK, the house was nice and reception staff was friendly. The room smelt strange. The end of breakfast and check out was a little early. In the last morning we did not get juice because the machine was empty and nobody did fill this even after my notice.

Excellent hotel for visit to City with bus stop outside. and short walk into local town. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Clean and tidy with very friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom in our room needed a bit of repair work done.The only downside is that it is a bit far from restaurants and cafes. Have to catch a bus. Pricing excellent. Would recommend to the budget conscious traveller.

Great Price for accomodation in Venice. I Found the Found good inspite of negative reviews. Was very delighted to get the deal.

Hotel located near the bus stop for Venice, parking fee (5 €), television with problems (toned green color), toilets clean but a little lacking, satisfying breakfast, staff helpful and friendly. Overall good price/quality ratio.

Hello, we visited Venice by car. The hotel we're were absolutely satisfied. Splendid position close to bus stop downtown Venice. Personal park behind 5 euro nightly. Breakfast corresponding 3 star hotel. Room be clean plus appropriately managed. . Advise to all that the search cheap plus high - quality accommodation except centre Venice. Very good choice.

A bit away from the action, but good bus services to where you want to go.

I got good value of my money. The room is very spacious and very clean. The breakfast is quite nice. The hotel is beside the bus stop to go to Venice centre.

Room is very small for 2 persons. TV is not in an appropriate place.

The price is excellent, and the staff was very nice, the rooms were clean but the smell within wasn't so good. we had to open windows in order to breath fresh air.

just about ok.no air conditioning available for a hot late may visit to the veneto.good value breakfast.the place lacked a heart.it was bland with no frills - basically a bed and a shower with a long hike to venice.not expensive though

Nice budget hotel in Mestre. Service at reception is... different: not all of the staff speaks English; refused to turn on a/c saying that there is a regulation prohibiting to turn it on before May 15; upgraged one of our twin rooms to two singles for free (both rooms were extremely small, one without TV -- apparently, there was something strange with the booking). Location is fine if you are prepared to travel to Venice by car (EUR 24 for parking in Venice) or by bus.

The front desk staff was very nice and locally helpful. The exception was the young lady who was curt and sometimes rude. She seemed like her job was overwhelming. The front desk needs to be trained in giving information. They didn't have any local phone numbers for the airlines including Alitalia. No internet in the hotel and staff not willing to check on office computer for information. We were there during Volcano interuption to travel. Staff was not helpful at all. I had to call Delta in the USA to confirm future flight at a cost of 15Euros. The breakfast food was wonderful however the person in charge of the breakfast and facility was grumpy. It was not an inviting atmosphere to made a request. The location is great with bus at front door to go to Venice (20 to 30 minute bus ride) central staion and Treviso. The price was wonderful and a good place if you just need a place to sleep.

Nice hotel for budget travellers. Close to the bus stop for Venice. Basic breakfast.

Room fairly big but not very clean. Still leftovers from the previous occupant in the bedside locker: three cans of some eastern european meat specialty and a Playboy. Minibar fridge quite loud but we couldn't turn it off as doing so would have lead to the freezing compartment (which at that time was a solid block of ice) to defrost and flood our room. Bathroom OK. Walls very, very thin. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Make sure to ask them for a restaurant recommendation! It lead directly to the best Pizza I've ever eaten. Breakfast disappointing. Bus service into Venice leaves directly in front of the hotel and is fairly cheap, comfortable and fast. Ask reception for timetables and ticket fares. Overall, if you have no car with you, can't afford to stay within Venice and really only need a place to sleep, the Club Hotel Venice surely is good enough, even though far from spectacular. I do however consider their reception staff to have been exceptionally good!

A clean and pleasant hotel, with a bus stop 50 yards away from the main entrance and a corner shop some 100 yards from the hotel from where you can buy bus tickets.

I stayed from 29 Dec till 31 Dec 2008 in Club Hotel Venice.I was really impressed by the service and friendliness of staff.The hotel is well located with direct buses to Venice.The hotel is located in front of Bus stop(via Terraglio).Which is in itself a benefit for bus traveller.The breakfast was of superior quality.However there is no Internet service.And no internal kitchen(Microwave etc.) Well I would definitely recommend this hotel to see theromantic city of Venice. We had a great trip in venice,the hotel was nice clean and great for the price we loved the breafast,and concierge at the reception desks were excellent and very helpful if in venice we will definitely stay there again great value for the price
