Club Surfers Apartments Gold Coast

hi well the place was ok for location to surfers.. food and shops you could walk to. rooms was not bad. but they were doing it up at the time so jobs half done..only had 1 cup which look bad so i bought cups and left them there for the next person..outside was a mess smoke butts everywhere you walked. no one clean them up for the whole time i was there that was 9 days.have stayed in better places for cheaper in 3rd world counties. what does that say about

Club Surfers Apartment served my requirement very well as it was close to Crowne Plaza where I attended a 3 day workshop. Club Surfers has all the facilities which I didn't have a chance to use. The service was good. On This ocassion, there were 2 shortfalls: 1. No soap holder in the shower 2. The wireless network did not work for me. It was not resolve when I left. It may be my computer settings in relationship their network. Anyway, I would recommend anyone who requires a convenient location at a very reasonal price. Best regards

it was very welcoming by the staff, although not to impressed with the room, the carpets were very dirty the air conditioner didnt work the price just seemed to expencive for what it was... but thank you for making us feel welcome.

Internet wifi time very shot.I stay for 5days but 3days unable to conect

we stayed in unit 7 and was very disappointed to hear that the owner will not spend anything to update it needs electrical wiring looked at and other things to make it more comfortable and enjoyable to stay in it, I would think twice before staying there again only id we had no other choice and certainly not in unit 7. Reception was good and facilities there are o.k. It was alright for the week we stayed if we were to stay any longer would have asked for a different unit .

The room is middle in size, just good for 3 to 4 persons. I like the flexiblity of the apartment, they offer full facilities like washing machine, dryer, BBQ equipment , swiming pool. At night, all the guest setting outside enjoy the facilities offer. Just like stay at your own house. I like it. If opportunity to go there again, I will stay back the same apartment.

The apartment was much smaller than expected and quad beds did not actually specify that this was made up of a double bed, single bed and a double pull out couch. This made it difficult to sleep 4 - 2 boys and 2 non-related women! As a family venue this is excellent as it has many facilities for children and it is handy to many other opportunities.

Appartment clean and well equipped (drier / washer) albeit bathroom starting to show signs of aging. Reception not the most friendly or welcoming encountered. Good location for beaches and Surfers. On site secure parking. REasonable value for money, would stay here again if in the area.

very average needs to up date stove and toaster and stair ways needs good clean

I had one of the air-conditioned rooms on level 3, this was a great room for the price and only a 15 min walk into Surfers. Good secure parking and plenty of places to eat or have a drink close by.

I needed a cheap place to stay on the Gold Coast close to the Conference Centre. This place was cheap and walking distance (15 minutes). The beach very close also. Undercover security parking a nice bonus. The room had a slight smell, that dispersed with the door open for a few minutes. Bed was comfortable and the room has sufficient facilities for a short stay. Quiet despite proximity to Gold Coast Highway. The place is showing it's age, but it looked well kept and relatively clean. Value for money compared to other places and prices in this area. Don't expect the Hilton at this price.

Budget rooms, the one i stayed in was not the best had holes in the wall although not the worst ever. Pool was nice and warm, too many ants near the jacuzzi. office staff didn't really care about you. Rooms were equiped with washing machine tumble drier, our room had a double and a single bed. dining table etc. Close to the beach though only about 5 min walk which was excellent. About 10 min walk to surfers centre. Would probably stay here again. Looks a lot better than some of the cheap hotels along the road. Overall good budget hotel

This hotel is well placed for the beach and about midway between the Casino/Jupiters (and small shopping area and restaurants) and the larger more up-market shopping area in Surfers. The bus service is very good and the walking easy.

earlier pool opening would have been good so guest could have a swim before going out as the sea was very rough, toilet paper was not good quality and ran out after 2 days> if a family had been there it would be hard for them. All other things good for money. good security, good to see them coming at night made you feel safe

Great location and good price. Definitely stay again. Bus stop just opposite so very convenient for visiting the theme parks. Large appartment and the pool was lovely and warm. We used it in the evening after a day at theme parks. Shops and restaurants within short walking distance. It was quiet at night so we got nice sleep after our busy days.

It needs more windows, and air conditioners that work.

Club Surfers is a budget accomdation suitable for seeing places.The unit does not have daily fresh supplies of lien and bedding as you get in other motels/hotels.The cooking facilities is limited to a hot plate, microwave oven.The room is massive enough to move comfortably.You will require cooking equip if cooking a light meal.

Place was great, except for having to shower in our jandals because the shower was full of dirt/grime, didn't look like it had been cleaned in a very long time & the cupboards/drawers for cutlery were very dirty. Otherwise good place. N.B We did stay at Club Surfers last year and it was excellent! But has changed ownership since our last visit, maybe that has something to do with the it?
