Check-in Procedure:Club Watermark is a fully licenced hotel and all guests must be over 18 years of age or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to enter any part of the hotel including accommodation.
Car parking:24 hour secure undercover parking is available for one car only per room @ $5.00 per day. Public car-park nearby for additional car-parking requirements.
Child Policy:Rates are per room for 2 persons, maximum of 3 adults (see additional charges below) OR 2 adults + 2 children (under 12yrs ) can be accommodated in the room (when sharing a room with parents and using exsisting bedding).
I'd definately recommend the executive club experience. The service is great, the canapes were fun (lots of booze too lol). the vallet was quick and it's a nice little treat. We enjoyed the hotel too. nice buffet breakfast, day spa was great too. I'd go back.
the room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. only thing i found were some long hairs on the bathroom floor. staff were friendly all the time. breakfast buffet was very nice with good selection

It was an enjoyable stay at Club Watermark. The only down side was the buffet on Saturday night was way overpriced. There wasn't much of a selection. Service was good. Thanks!
we found the hotel very clean and the staff very friendly and the location was perfect,ammenities were good we just missed having a balcony.
Stayed in a king club watermark room on the 17th floor. excellent views over the ocean. facilities weren't that modern (bathroom etc) and there were hairs stuck on wall tiles in the bathroom which was pretty gross... cleanliness could have been better. Bed was comfy and no complaints for the price of the room... flat screen TV. Good location within walking distance to all the main attractions. 5 mins to cavill ave etc. right accross the road from Q1 and the pancake parlour. Pool was good... all the things you'd expect for a surfers paradise hotel. Funny smell in the lobby area... musty damp smell. Would only stay again if the price was right!!
Very good service. Only down point was the noise from the air conditioning in our room was loud so had trouble sleeping.
A first class hotel with first class treatment. The Waves Restaurant is well worth the visit.
Great room on the 16th Floor with a view of the sea. Good King size bed and comfortable. Shower inside the bath is a nuisance and slippery when stepping out of the bath. get rid of the bath and just have a decent shower. Overall excellent. good friendly service and same for concierge.

This hotel is situated in a great area close to everything one needs. The hotel dinner buffet is overpriced and dishes served need to be improved . There should be a greater selection of indian food available. I ma not indian but I do enjoy indian food. Rooms are excellent with cheap parking .
The hotel was quite central and the room large, with a king sized bed and a very nice view. The hotel itself hosts a nice buffet dinner which we tried out on our last night in the Gold Coast.
Overall, very pleased with my delux room. Hotel is located in a good location (5 minute walk from surfers paradise). Public parking limited locally but hotel parking is guaranteed but may have to be valet parked (no addition cahrge). Room is a very small for a 5 start hotel but still clean. You can tell rooms are a tiny bit dated when looking at bathroom and carpet but the room itself has been refurbrished to a satisfiactory standard. A poor note is the room's hairdryer did not operate 100% and you had to pay for the safe (I found this unsatisfactory for a 5 star rom). Factilities are good with a number of decent onsite restaurant/bars and 2 pools,2spas,sauna and gym. Staff were very polite and helpful 99% of the time and I would still recommend the deluxe room at the Watermark to all.
I was extremely happy with the quality of the room, cleanliness and service. I had travelled on business and my shirt became creased and of course I don't iron. I called reception but the dry cleaning service had finished for the day but staff took my shirt away, ironed and returned it in half an hour in time for my business dinner. I was very impressed.
A wonderful hotel. Great Club room, great price, great included breakfast. Amalfi Restaurant (ground floor) also had a marvellous dinner offer and their staff were terrific. A short walk from Cavill Avenue --- just far enough away from any hassles and just close enough for all that Surfers offers. Well recommended!
A great place to stay - the location, the facilities, the service and it's value for money. You can't go wrong staying here.
