Check-in Procedure:
LATE CHECK-INs after closing times must contact the hotel directly so arrangements can be made for collection of keys etc. Reception hours 7.30am - 10am open/ 10am -2pm closed/ 2pm - 6pm open sunday early close at 5pm

Child Policy:
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 2 years is charged AUD 15 per night and person in a baby cot. One older child or adult is charged AUD 15 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.

We had a very comfortable stay in a very nice large upstairs apartment. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again if visiting Hervey Bay.
