Property comprises 2 single bedroom and 7 two bedroom fully self contained and air conditioned apartments all with fully equipped kitchens, some with stereo TV, DVD/Cd player, Austar, Video player, 1 x Queen bed and 2 X single beds, and private laundry. Facilities include Direct Dial Phones and high spped broadband access, 11m heated pool and spa, hot indoor spa and sauna, games room, push bikes, and under cover off street parking. The Apartments are located 150 from Coffs Harbours main surf beach, central to all city facilities and 100m from Park Beach bowls club. Please note Coffs Harbour Holiday Apartments is not "A PARTY PROPERTY". If you are after a nice , quiet clean place to stay this is it. If you want to party then this is the wrong property - unruly behaviour will not be tolerated. Yes there are lots of signs around - this is to ensure everyone enjoys the tranquility and safety of the property without being disturbed.

Getting there:From the south, follow the Pacific Highway through the CBD of Coffs Harbour, moving in to the right hand lane. You will come to a large set of Traffic lights, before the railway overpass. Toyota dealership on the corner. This is Orlando Street, turn right into Orlando street. Head east turn left at the first round about then right at the next round about into Prince Street. We are the third property on the left. From the North you will pass the Big Banana and the Plaza shopping centre. Turn Left after you pass under the railway overpass (this looks like a colourful mini Sydney Harbour Bridge) into Orlando Street and proceed as above.

Good position, 60's style apartment. Amenities are adequate. The general tenor of the notices is rather off-puting. The assumption is made that the guests need to be kept in line. We would not use these apartments again.
The rooms are very cold as you are not allowed to use the A/C after 10pm. There are a lot of rules to follow. It is ok for a one night stay.

Pleasant service, and location is quiet, although near the beach. Unit has all facilites, however, they will need updating in the future. An enjoyable stay.

The most helpful staff and the most self-contained apartment of the whole trip. The price was excellent considering the services available. We plan to go back to Coffs Harbour for a longer visit provided we can stay at the Holiday Apartments, we liked them so much.
Excellent facilities and service for a reasonable price - we were only passing through overnight, but wished we could stay longer!
We stopped in for an overnight stay in winter so didn't need to use many of the facilities available. Couldn't fault the location or cleanliness of the apartment. Went for a lovely afternoon walk on the beach across the road and had a substantial dinner at the bowls club (also across the road). The shopping plaza (which includes Target and Big W and many other popular stores) is also nearby and can be walked to if you feel like some exercise. There are no beach views from any apartments along this strip but the beach is so close by that it doesn't seem to matter.
Friendly owners, quiet location, dated fittings/fixtures, in need of a face lift.
The owners were friendly and easy to get along with. The room was surprisingly big and the facilities in good shape.

These apartments are in a very quiet area within easy walking distance from the beach. There is a very nice pool which cannot be seen from the street. The apartment was well appointed and comfortable.
Vicky and Jim made us feel welcome. They are very friedly people and always able to assit if required, especially for last minute reservations. The units are clean and light and airy. Grounds are well maintained Torkee is a great place for a stopover on the way north or for a quiet relaxing beach holiday.

Older style building and facilities. Owner/operators - very friendly and happy to assist the guest. Good off street parking. Located in a flat 'walk friendly' area, close to beautiful beach and local Bowling Club. Good value rates through this website.
