Columbus Hotel Monaco

Design of the interior is very nice and fashionable, but there are few things that show that service is not on the top ( broken things in bath room, white sofa had dirty spots); isolation of sounds could be better. But excellent lobby bar and good restaurant.

The Columbus Hotel is worth every penny! The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated in a modern style and the bed is huge and comfy. The service from the staff was the best i have ever experienced and nothing was too much trouble. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Good size room (room 122) with large bathroom. Very clean with modern furnishings. A great gym with excellent equipment. Service from reception staff and concierge was excellent and very friendly. A 7 minute taxi ride to the Casino and bus stop directly out the front of the hotel. Easy walking distance (about 10 minutes) to the Palais Princier and 5 minute walk to the Fontvielle commercial shopping centre where the Princes car museum is located. A number of great (but pricey) restaurants behind the hotel at the marina. Would stay here again in the future.

Very elegant hotel with all facilities required for a comfortable stay and a good service. Located next to a small harbour with couple of restaurants and a very easy walk to the centre. A very good value for both business and leisure trips, will certainly use again. The only but was aircon either not on or not powerful enough so room was too warm.

Staff were particularly helpful, efficient and friendly, would look for this hotel group when looking for a hotel elsewhere. Excellent opinion of Columbus Monaco

Wow. What an ab fab hotel felt like a princess. Everything was a1. Will hopefully go again. Think it should be rated execellent as it was more than very good.

A beautiful hotel away from the hustle & bustle

This hotel is in my point of view one of the best hotels in the Monte-Carlo area. The way that the wife of the owner had her way in redesigning this hotel is spectacular. Everythings fits like a glove concerning the design and everything is taken care off in a very professional way. In my personal point of view, there is no other fancy or design hotel in the area which can cope with this hotel... the motto of the Hotel is: Live life, love live... you will certainly have the perfect atmosphere to do that there! I would give this hotel a ***** rating instead of the mentioned ***.

Great, relaxing atmosphere, good place in a crowded Monte-Carlo to find same 'air'. Great service, very very good bar, the food is excellent.

Very good muti-lingual and helpful staff. A good base for getting to the Palace. Casino and Stadium. Bus stop nearby or most taxi rides about 10 Euro's.

The Hotel was wonderful and so helpful. The whole trip was arranged to surprise a friend who did not know that her boyfriend was arriving to propose. The Hotel helped with the surprise and ensured that everything went smoothly. The food was great and the cocktails were splendid. Well worth the money.

The Columbus Hotel is located just west of the Palace in a quiet part of Monte Carlo. The hotel benefits from exceptionally professional, courteous and helpful staff who are very keen to ensure the comfort of their guests. Nearly all of the staff speak very good English, which is a great help! I would definitely consider staying at the hotel in the future

I would recommend the Columbus Hotel to anyone looking to stay in Monaco, the location is perfect, the service second to none and I cannot wait to return, and next time take my wife.

What a great hotel, as good as any Five Stars that we have stayed in. We were lucky to have been there when the tennis was on and many of the worlds top tennis players were staying at the hotel. Very close to everything, great food and very well appointed. We will definately stay there again. Mark & Liz White Sydney Aus.

Concierge Patrick very knowledgeable and helpful. Whilst hotel on edge of Monaco near to heliport it was a good base to use.
