"The room was small, but other halls and the garden were very comfortable. The staff at the reception is friendly and prepared to give all the information needed, but the service in the restaurant could improve.

"The staff was helpful and knew Rome pretty well. They were able to give bus line numbers and directions to all major tourist sites. One clerk, Stefanya, went out of her way to help and was a gem. If anything would prompt me to choose Columbus again it would be her attitude. The room was small but clean and small restaurants and Internet were two blocks away. The Vatican was 200 m away which put the major tourist draw right out the front door. Very good location!" - Ken Watts
