"We had a few issues with the hotel when we arrived. First, our room wasn't ready, then the telephone did not work, then the maid did not clean the bathroom one day. However, I told the Desk Clerk that I would like to speak to the Manager, and he made sure that I did. The Manager apolgized profusely, and comped us one night of our stay.
The hotel is located about a five minute walk from the Metro station. There are supermarkets, a post office and a place to use the Internet about a five minute walk from the hotel. The staff is very good with helping guests to locate these places. I would stay here, again." - Melissa McGriff
"A cheap, standardized hotel without special charm with average comfort you may find anywhere in the world. Although located inside the boulevard peripherique, Bercy Rive Gauche is a district characterized by tower blocks - not at all the typical 18th century athmosphere of the Parisien inner city. About 5 minutes to walk to the next metro station. " - Christoph Muehlendahl
"Hotel was well located and good value overall. Met expectations. " - Anonymous
"Parking very limited. Hotel refused to take an advance reservation & payment for parking. The result was no space available when I arrived & great difficulty in getting a space elsewhere- 25 mins walk away.
Tip for sightseeing in ctl Paris- use the tram (T3) westbound & go into ctl Paris on RER or Metro line more convenient than Porte d'Ivry Metro- less changing & steps to climb!" - David WILKINS
