"There was not hot water to shower etc and my room was cold with no heating on.

"The street this hotel was on wasn't on the city map that is helpfully provided by the Leicester City authorities. So we had to get a taxi. It's about a 20 or so minute walk from the city centre. We had a very small room that wasn't too bad. There were cigarette burns on the floor and the full breakfast should be avoided. The staff however were all friendly and polite.
It's very much a case of you get what you pay for and we paid very little when we stayed here." - Anonymous
