"The staff were very friendly and obliging, however there were a couple of problems during our (short) stay. Firstly we were not supplied with enough towels and when we asked for more we were told they had no spares and that we would have to wait until the next day, when the delivery arrived. Also there was no hot water for a long period of time, which meant we were unable to have a shower before we left Paris. On the whole these were not terrible things and I would still recommend the Comfort Hotel to others." - Simon Alexander
