"Hotel is slightly outside city, but good connectivity to the city - 20 mins by tram and you get the tram right infront of the hotel. Really cheap to its standard. Decent breakfast also. But service is not so great!! I had to wait 1 hour in the queue to check in to the hotel. lifts are also very slow. only one of them was working. " - Vishnu Preman
"Everything seems to be ok, except.
a). We forgot to inform at the counter when checking in that we don't want smoking room, hard to sleep with second smoke smell.
b). No soap, shampoo supplied in the next following days, only first night provided.
c). Not enough toilet paper, you can imagine.

Make availabel electric kettle in rooms / Tighter control of the lugagge room ie. keys only made available with supervision of hotel staff / Tram timetable on display
