Near trams and buses and close to Petit France. Can be noisy due to door banging and clients. Staff are helpful and food is good.

I recommend it! Very clean room with free tee, caffee and cockie. Good location so that we could walk relaxingly by the side the of the river from the hotel to the old town center. Expeically, good reception and service!Always willing to help in any case!
The hotel is outside the city center, but nice. The rooms are very clean and they offer free coffee/tea in your room. The hotel has a nice restaurant and the lunch menu is great for a good price (10 Euros).

Very friendly staff and very helpfull. Point of attention: the hotel is in urgent need of an airco. Situated not far from the highway, it is quite noisy with open windows.

I would like to recommend this hotel. They are not far away from the town center and also near the tram. Walking from center to the hotel about 25 minutes, and taking tram is about 5 minutes. Price is also reasonable so if I go to Strasbourg again, i will choose this hotel again.

I missed CNN, BBC and Euronews TV channels, but enjoyed the tea and coffee-making possibilities in my room.
