Brilliant stay, and will be back in the near future for sure

Neat and tidy. Great for an easy stop-over. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Big rooms and comfy pillows!

A few minutes out the CBD, but for myself, that proved good. A great 3 day stay and would stay there again. Loved the size of my room.

As always, a comfortable stay. Easy walk to the golf club for dinner. Lovely swim in the indoor pool.

This place would have been lovely in it's time, but it really is in need of a revamp. Broken tiles in the pool area, shower cubicles leaking, repairs in walls that haven't been finished. Cleanliness was good. Service at Reception was excellent.

The room was well set up with plenty of space a really nice bathromm and was clean and very comfortable.

Reception staff friendly and courteous. Room generally clean, although bathroom floor appeared not to have been mopped, as bathmat came up dirty when wiping up a water spill. The only real complaint was with the heater - very old electric split system which was noisy and had only 3 heat settings, rather than theromostat based on room temperature. Due to the extreme cold overnight (min1deg C), we tried having the heater on overnight, but the rattle of the fan, even on low, was not conducive to a good night's sleep.

Bathroom needed detailed clean, tiles and grout cleaned and replaced. overall it was a very nice place to stay with the family for a short stay. staff were great.

You get what you pay for. We just need a bed for the night as we were in town for a function, but trying to sleep on it... well....

The room was bright and well cared for. the service was very good. The motel was a little further out of town than we had anticipated but nevertheless worth staying at.

A little tired. Noisy air conditioner and a crack in the shower screen. Its very clean with large rooms and is the best value motel in Ballarat.

Lots of space and very comfortable.

Large comfortable room with sliding door access to covered courtyard with easy access to the indoor pool. Bathroom a little warn but very clean and bright. We will definately stay again!

The room was spacious & clean. The staff were also friendly. Only stayed the 1 night & the restaurant was closed that evening so unable to make any real assessment in regard to service for this reason.

Surprisingly spacious rooms, and no breeze block walls. What a treat, Great surprice and lovely motel. You need a car though.

Decor is a bit dated but room was neat & clean. Room 27 - large with a large bathroom. Restaurant was very good, service was great. Booking online will save you a few dollars :)

The bed linen that is just the upper covers were stained and smelt like it had been washed with the kitchen linen. Air fresheners in the room would probably make the room a little more welcoming. But other than that the staff and facilities were excellent.
